All macarons are packaged with storage, ingredients and allergen information.

Macaron Storage

Macarons are quite delicate so please take care when transporting them. Placing them flat on the car floor will keep them from sliding around on the car ride home.

Place macarons in the fridge once they are delivered or when you get home to allow the fillings to stabilise, however they do taste best at room temperature.

Macarons are best consumed within 3-4 days, but can stay fresher for longer if transferred into an airtight container, for up to a week.

All the ingredients used in the macarons are shelf stable, so they can be left outside for events, although the fillings may become soft.

 

Allergy Note

Please note that all our macarons contain egg whites, dairy and nuts.

Almond meal is the key ingredient in our macarons.

Although we take the utmost care when preparing our macarons we cannot ensure there aren’t any traces of allergens even when prepared separately.
