Order Policy – Terms & Conditions

• Orders are not secure unless invoice payment is made.
• You have the option to cancel your order up until 2 weeks prior to your requested date. You will be issued a refund minus 25% for admin fees.
• If you choose to cancel in the 2 weeks leading up to the date of your order you will be offered a refund minus 50% admin fees or store credit minus 25% admin fees.
• If you decide to postpone theorder you will receive store credit to the order amount, which is valid for 3 months after the issue date.
• Store credit can be used to order any of our products, subject to availability.
• Refunds are not available for mixed box orders.
